This includes any property found on any website, listed by any real estate company (Reece & Nichols, ReMax, Prudential, etc.) and even For Sale by Owner properties. You can contact us to show you 10 properties in one day so you don't have to contact 10 different listing agents. Also, we work for you, not the seller, if chosen to represent you in a home buyer transaction. We will save you time, money and offer our advice with price and negotiations. Our commission is always paid by the seller. The first tour of homes you take with us is an interview. It's your time to ask questions and see if we will be good to work together!
