Picture this: It's 2006 and I am an accountant in a windowless cubical unhappy with my job. I decided it was time to buy my first property. Needing direction and a qualified buyers agent, I turned to Brenda Clevenger, "Condo Queen", for help. Brenda, founder of KC Condo Source, made my Plaza condo purchase a breeze. I couldn't have done it without her. During the buying process, I remembered my childhood passion in homes. I had interned in a real estate office in high school and loved it. I decided it was time for a change and I knew I wanted to help people buy and sell homes. Brenda took me under her wing and I joined her at www.KCcondoSource.com in 2007. During 2007, Brenda and I experienced a banner sales year at KC Condo Source. At the conclusion of that whirlwind year, I decided I wanted to branch out on my own. Enter: www.UrbanKCLiving.com. For the past two years, Urban KC Living has been one of the hottest Kansas City Real Estate websites and my services have been recognized on a national and regional level. In 2009, I was awarded 100% client satisfaction Platinum status from the Quality Service surveys my clients completed. In 2010, I was nominated for KC Magazines City's "Best" REALTOR category and was awarded top 250 REALTOR's in the nation for client satisfaction. Fast forward to Summer of 2010 when Brenda asked me to assume responsibility for the KC Condo Source website and her existing client base. I was honored and of course, accepted. I am now the proud owner of www.UrbanKCLiving.com and www.KCcondoSource.com. I am a full time licensed REALTOR in both MO and KS who has a passion for my career choice. I live on the Country Club Plaza in a condo and love everything KC has to offer. I focus my full time and attention helping buyers and sellers in the greater KC area with their homes and love what I plan to do the rest of my working career.
