We will meet with you to determine your real estate goals, including your needs and wants, and help you with all options that you may or may not have come across online. You will also receive an information filled buying guide to help you through the buying process in our initial meeting.

As Accredited Buyer Representative's, we can show you every property that is available for sale in the greater Kansas City Area. This includes ANY property found on any website, listed by any real estate company (Reece & Nichols, Re/Max, BHG, Chartwell, etc.) and even For Sale by Owner properties. If the property is listed in the MLS, it WILL be on our website. You can contact us to show you multiple properties in one day so you don't have to contact 10 different listing agents. This makes the home viewing process more efficient and less time consuming.

Also, we work for you, not the seller, if chosen to represent you in a home buyer transaction. We will save you time, money and offer our advice with price and negotiations.

Our commission is always paid by the seller.

The first tour of homes you take with us is an interview. It's your time to ask questions and see if we will be good to work together!
